I signed up when it was only available in the US now it's avialable in Scotland I tried to register for the UK version. You can't register for the UK cos you have a US account, you can't use the US account with a UK credit card. I asked them to delete the US account and it's now stuck in some sort of Limbo where I can't open a UK account cos I have the US one, and I can't log into the US one because it's been deleted. Once a year I spend a few days emailing them to try and sort it out.
Even assuming paypal aren't crooks - is doing this OK with the Scottish Data Protection Act, Charities commission or Company registration?
Now we have a system where we can only use a fuel that is delivered in a certain quantity to a local gas station as a liquid that can be burned.
Compare this with the electricity grid where we can switch from coal to nuclear to wind to gas without anyone noticing.
California (coincidentally home to all the current rocket makers) first banned the launchers from docking in Californian ports claiming they were weapons - then banned loading the satelites in foreign ports claiming they were exporting secret technology.
Imagine if Nasa had been in charge of developing aviation in the US - you certainly wouldn't have Cessnas and 737s.

Of course a Chicago mayor shutting off bits of it when there is a G20 protest.
Or an Alabama governor for a civil rights march.
Or just an MPAA owned senator shutting down an ISP because of a pirate copy of a movie.
MBA isn't for leaders - it's for followers, just very well paid followers.
1, A massive funding for improved GPS security to prevent terrorists causing chaos by them blocking GPS signals.
2, An increase in the powers of everybody from the port authority to the girl guides to have a kill switch to shut down GPS if there was a threat of a terrorist attack.
Otherwise the world is full of middle managers who were sent on low grade MBAs by mega corps who didn't know what to do with them and couldn't fire them
When you are interviewing managers were given a year off by a now-defunct multinational to do an MBA, ask how all the projects they claimed to be deeply involved with managed to run without them during that time.
In fact Amazon are going to be more careful about dealing honestly with Netflix. If they spy on / interfere with customers on their cloud service because they might be competitors they are going to attract government intervention and lose a lot of customers.
