Just fyi, if 1 of 8 of the GPU's fail, you will be replacing the entire assembly; they are not modular.

Probably about the _analytics_ YT will continue to sell to advertisers, I'm guessing.

Have you tried Rockbox?

The H1000 is marketed as a fitness watch and solar powered too. The GPS time sync is not an exclusive feature and I find that it isn't necessary to have it on constantly.

In the interest of the previous reply, Casio's GBD-H1000 has the ability to time sync with GPS.

Maybe they'll go back to using castoreum..

Tangentially related to the game Kentucky Route Zero?

> 5. Meaning that it should point at Earth in the next few months (most likely).

Provided that V2 still has enough propellent to make this adjustment.

I already wake up at 5 for a 9-5 and if I clock in an hour early, my employer treats it as overtime.

Same here. These days I only use Instagram to post art made and rendered during my commutes and consume similarly fashioned content. I haven't reached the point in "making prints available" nor have the desire to at this point in time.

My previous close circle of friends had a restaurant etiquette where we placed our phones (then dumb at the time) in a pile and whomever picks theirs up from notifications or answered a call, they would foot the entire bill plus the tips.

I miss those MD days. I still have a few of TDK's Bit Club and XSIV series blanks, the classic RXG's and a Maxwell that glows in the dark.

_You want to go to the Island._

I'm sure that's the case. The latest sku I'm responsible for QC testing now contains 4x A100's in a 2U chassis. And oh man the number of QSFP ports it utilizes..

This sub thread is a joke in of itself: reading on things people are so eagerly offended by.

Has no one thought that "following" Elon on Twiiter shouldn't be automagically assumed to be his fans or uniformly align with his ethos?

403'd.

At face value, no one thought it strange that the Energy Department had any authoritative say in the matter? This is like sourcing your nuclear armaments statistics from a PubMed publication..

Perhaps it is more of a question on scalability. It is often claimed that Taiwan has a universal healthcare system in place (sustainability is often challenged) in which cannot be replicated in the US due to demographic and geographic factors let alone political ones.

Yakutia?

I recall an episode on Enterprise (2001) that showed Vulcan's living amongst them before the Prime Directive was ever a thing.

Yep -- https://screenrant.com/star-trek-enterprise-vulcans-earth-19...

I still have my original Clip+. The OLED display is showing it's age with dimmed pixels but it is still a great -stealth- recording device. It is also still my go to music player for long flights.

Watching sorting algorithms _play_ out. For example:

I only ever used plain black wallpapers on my AMOLED displays and never their LED counterparts. I guess it's a matter of preference whether people prefer seeing black as an absence of light or with a white backlight.

Or, "don't feel eager to be offended".

Because KISS?

I wonder what would Beeple say..

"Welp, I made my worth, so long suckers!"?

I guess in the more mainstreamed (or conspiratorial?) memeable circles, one would hope they don't get Epsteined; McAfee of the more recent note.

> An Algorithm will use them to divide society by using hypocrisy as a wedge.

Maybe I'm too naive to think this will never happen but people's opinions change over time: some get reinforced while others become irrelevant.

Unfortunately, Brave's search results are less impressive and often chock full of politics and cryptocurrencies. Google just makes you work for it more amidst the irrelevant results.

It's even more unfortunate when diesel is still being used as fuel for some homes for heating.
