Of course you do!

Microsoft makes a new UI framework every couple of years, liquid glass from apple and gnome has a new gtk version every so often.

Cetz[0] is the drawing library in typst. For your other needs check out the package repository at [1] (visualization should be the correct category).

Typst has a bibtex support by default [2].

> If it attracts a certain type of political ideology, that has to do with the people who find the software appealing, not with the software itself.

Or they find that this is the only place their politics are accepted. A nazi bar is not better than any other bar.

Over the course of this thread your argument went from "It's not technically possible" and "they will have to train their own models" to "I don't want to buy certain devices".
ioasuncvinvaer··on Some thoughts on personal Git hosting
And Github has the whole software ecosystem. For example I can search for text editors or ebook readers. In that case I am not searching for any specific programming language.
ioasuncvinvaer··on Some thoughts on personal Git hosting
These are all for their own ecosystems and usually libraries only.
ioasuncvinvaer··on I'm too dumb for Zig's new IO interface
But how do you know if you can trust the docs if they are AI generated?
ioasuncvinvaer··on I'm too dumb for Zig's new IO interface
No! Well written docs are a sign of quality. Obviously AI generated docs make me question whether they are actually correct which makes them useless.
ioasuncvinvaer··on I'm too dumb for Zig's new IO interface
I think some documentation and a handful of examples would have helped the author of the article. How is the experience when porting to the new standard library improved by not including documentation?
ioasuncvinvaer··on I'm too dumb for Zig's new IO interface
But it is a pretty good signal of low quality.

ioasuncvinvaer··on XSLT removal will break multiple government and regulatory sites
How is html not data?
ioasuncvinvaer··on XSLT removal will break multiple government and regulatory sites
But why would a server send me xml instead of html? From the thread you can see that the servers already serve html so why is there a second way to present that content via xslt?
