How is basing salary on the candidate's history rather than market rate ethical?

15" HP Spectre x360. UHD display. Option for double the max RAM in the new MBP. Several other nifty features, including an aluminum body and somewhat replaceable components without all of the glue nonsense you'll see in Apple products.
Maybe unrelated, I've had the phone for probably two years (it supposedly came out two years ago as well - didn't think I bought a brand new phone but I guess I did). Recently (past month or so), it's started rebooting at random throughout the day. I'd do a factory reset if I didn't dread the thought of dealing with all of my 2FA stuff.

The old license is still applicable to the old code. If you're changing the license for future development and not pushing it to the main branch for some reason, it looks like you've got a new main branch.
That could be confusing to someone who doesn't know better.
