Java people is not used to 0-days. Eclipse Temurin (Adoptium) is still in the process of building the release. Their target is 2-3 days after OpenJDK GA, even though according to the OpenJDK timeline the code freeze was March 29 for the April 19 release.

You have to decode what they say. Which is really hard because obviously working on the product yourself, you want to believe they care about your product.

For example: - "This is awesome! I would absolutely use this if it would just have this one extra feature it does not have now." --> I absolutely don't care about this product. Please leave me alone. I have better things to do.

Started off as very slow on a not-terribly large project > cache cleanup > does not even start without trashing the .idea folder anymore > still slooow.

Command + space takes forever (=seconds) to show the context menu.

IntelliJ feels like a proper IDE now :).
