iamarsibragimov··on Do the thinking models think?
this is funny and true :)
iamarsibragimov··on AWS and Meta launching startup program for open-source LLMs (Llama)
Just applied to the new AWS Startups: Building with Llama program. It’s a 6-month initiative by AWS and Meta to help startups build with open-source LLMs.

What’s in it: - $200K in AWS credits - Deep-dive support for Llama fine-tuning - Infra help: latency, scaling, optimization - 1:1 expert sessions with AWS & Meta engineers - Community of AI-first startups

Still a lot of friction in getting LLMs into production reliably — especially when optimizing for speed and cost. This looks like a serious push to help with that.

Applications close August 8.

iamarsibragimov··on Congrats Web scraping is legal (US precedent)
So true!
iamarsibragimov··on Ask HN: What's the best documentation you have ever read?

iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: I built a website to save developers time searching for remote jobs
Good Monday, HN community!

During the period from January 13 to 19, I collected 136 vacancies from popular job boards like Glassdoor, Flex Jobs, We Work Remotely, and others, as well as from Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit.

It takes about 3 hours a day to visit 78 sources that I prepared in advance. Here are the links for several job's categories by language:

JAVA https://meerkad.com/remote-java-jobs

PHP https://meerkad.com/remote-php-jobs

Python https://meerkad.com/remote-python-jobs

All developers jobs https://meerkad.com/remote-developer-jobs

My name is Arsen, I am a full-stack web developer (php, laravel, javascript) and the creator of Meerkad. I started this Remote Job Board Community to connect companies with the current and hopeful remote working people from all over the world. So! If you are looking for a remote job I'm glad to help!

iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: I built a website to save you time searching for remote jobs
Sure! Take a look on the website or here is a direct link to jobs "php" tagged for example https://meerkad.com/remote-php-jobs

iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: Marketplace to build 3rd party applications APIs with NoCode
Cool!
iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: I collect 136 remote design jobs at GitHub, Chili Piper, Mondo, others
The main differences are that most boards only jobs that companies pay them for and the number of jobs posted. RemoteOk has like 5 jobs for designers per week when there are more than 100 jobs available om Meerkad because they are collected from different sources and posted for free.
iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: Build Backend API with a click - NoCodeAPI
Amazing! I'll give it a try!
iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: Cashbar app – your SaaS revenue in your menu bar
The video is awesome! I didn't know that is possible to make a preview video in Loom. So much fun!)))
iamarsibragimov··on Ask HN: How to find companies that remote ok hire?
Most of them have this feature but because they charge money for posting job positions there actually not a lot of companies there
iamarsibragimov··on Show HN: Sheets based Community of Designers who are looking for remote job
MEERKAD is the Google Spreadsheet community of designers who are looking for remote ok job positions.

The difference between this list and those that you could see earlier is that vacancies are collected not only from job boards websites but also from companies' websites, Twitter, Facebook, and HackerNews. More quality positions - quickly good people find the job of their dreams.

The table is editable so it's a community. People care about the quality of information, share feedback and post new remote job positions by themselves from all over the world.

Are you a designer and looking for a remote job? Know someone who might be interested? Spread the word!

edit: it's private so you have to have gmail account and request access that I will accept in minutes or two max
