human_error··on Bootstrap 2.2.0 released
I really don't understand most people. Why would you ever DDoS a CSS library's website?
human_error··on Why I switched to Pylons after using Django for six months
> I dont believe that , since you can do your own queries with Django , even in RAW sql.

Believe what you want to believe but we have experienced the same thing just couple of months ago and have ditched it completely. Besides if I'm going to write raw SQL then why would I want to use Django's ORM? That would be another layer, too much bureaucracy.

> Django is not a CMS with plugins.

It's just one step away from CMS with plugins. I have doubts about it being a "MVC" framework.

human_error··on Introducing the Redesigned Bitbucket
IMHO, Git-Tower is way better than SourceTree.
human_error··on Python 3.3.0 released
I think in Python's case there was really no compelling reason to burn the bridges between 2 and 3. Burning the bridges should be done when something will be significantly improved.
human_error··on WebGL Car Viewer
What do you mean by Apple won't have a choice but to adopt WebGL? I can run WebGL on Safari without any problems.
human_error··on Ubuntu Will Now Have Amazon Ads Pre-Installed
Not the same thing. Firefox doesn't send my local searches to Google. What Ubuntu does is a privacy breach.
human_error··on Privacy restrictions on Facebook posts are visible to users
You don't need best of the best to modify, most likely, one line of code. I'm pretty sure anyone who can code would modify it correctly. You need the best of the best who won't do this sort of issue in the first place.
human_error··on Just Scroll
Safari 5.1 here. I viewed the site without any problems.
human_error··on Web2py 2.0 is out
When someone says "unpythonic", I always think that they ran out of sensible arguments and started to bitch about the program. When I say "program", I'm not particularly addressing web2py (I have never used it).
human_error··on Diaspora is now on GitHub
I'm quite confident that I've seen it on GitHub before. It may sound harsh but no one will ever use it.
human_error··on Diaspora’s (YC S12) Next Act: Social Remixing Site Makr.io
What's the point of this? Why would you even write an article on this?
human_error··on Facebook has more than 83 million 'fake' users
I believe the number is way higher than 83 million. I have 5 facebook accounts that I use most of them for testing apps.
human_error··on The new Digg
> © 2012 Bananastand Inc

That made my day.

human_error··on How I made $10k in one day with Facebook Ads
The entire post looks like an advertisement.
human_error··on Captchas Are Becoming Ridiculous
Or how about short stories, something like; "Brian came home very late. He couldn't find Mr. Hat. While he was thinking where his cat might be, he noticed the window was wide opened." What's the name of the cat?

I don't know if it's hard or easy to guess it algorithmically.

human_error··on AppFog Pricing Released
"MySQL, Mongo, PostgreSQL, etc."

I'd like to know what that "etc." stands for.

human_error··on Why Do Startups Do This?
Sometimes it's blog.domain.com. I sometimes don't even bother to cut the subdomain to see the product itself.
human_error··on Github Raises $100 Million
Some people prefer BitBucket because it offers free private repos.
human_error··on Everybody Hates Firefox Updates
I'm still trying to figure out why the "add-ons" you install appear in "extensions" window and what's the difference between an extension and an addon. I can search and install Firebug but can disable/remove it from extension section.
human_error··on Show HN: A new way to view IAmA's on Reddit
Paging is buggy.
human_error··on Parsing huge XML files with Go
It happens sometimes. I had written a multithreaded parser in C++ to parse around 800MB per day so another team could build up the rest of the project based on the data. Someone had thought it'd be a better idea to store all fetched data in XML.
human_error··on The new Git-scm.com
Something is strange. If you go to German version of the book and click "Los geht's", then click "next" and all you see is 500 Internal Server Error. I've checked the French and Dutch version as well, but they don't have that problem. I guess ' creates the problem.
human_error··on Show HN: Weekend project - Gitscore
I've the same problem with Safari. I don't see why I need to unblock to see the scores. This is bad design. I'll just pass.
human_error··on Django is now (officially) on GitHub
> many python projects avoided github initially because github was powered by ruby

This doesn't make any sense. Don't tell me that there are C# developers who don't use Google because they use Java.

human_error··on Django is now (officially) on GitHub
GitHub makes very easy to collaborate to projects. I think that what makes them different than others such as BitBucket.
human_error··on A Better HN: Aligned
It's hard to read the usernames.
human_error··on Light Table - a new IDE concept
I like it. I'd not be surprised if someone comes up with vim and emacs version any time near soon.
human_error··on Try right clicking GitHub's logo
Maybe I just want to right-click and open the homepage in new tab. With this feature, I can't do this.
human_error··on PHP: A fractal of bad design
No, not all of us. I've never coded anything with PHP. I don't even know how to write hello world with it.
human_error··on Dropbox adds drag and drop
It doesn't work on Safari, I guess. This is the message I get when I visit dropmocks.com:

"Sorry, our uploader doesn't yet work on your browser (which doesn't support drag and drop file uploads)"
