On the other hand. If his tool does the job why not. If you asked a 90s engineer how javascript triggers millions of cpu instructions for just a few code steps he would call you crazy.
A bit of topic. But noaways even when having no time at all you can instruct your AI to setup DNS adguard at home and get rid of all (most) ads on any site or app.
It took me literaly 10 minutes to set it up.
Sorry to say that this probably has no valuable moat. And that is becoming an increasingly bigger issue for many companies. There is no longer the need for many services and products. There is some serious demand for expertise in the field of AI automation. But it requires experts with domain knowledge. Almost no companies have this. The end is near for those.
Must be a token burner setup. Nice if you really got it to work. Now also add business agents that come up with new features based on actual research. Your automated humanless company is almost there.
As long as you keep in the loop Claude can do anything. Question is can it do stuff in which you are not in the loop. For simple tasks yes, but not for complex ones yet.
Absolutely untrue. LLM will be the automation force of everything. It will connect and orchestrate our entire society. It will be a much bigger impact that any other revolution in the past. Our lives will be unrecognizable in 10 years from now.
I really want to see a proper ai team that successfully replaced a bunch of people. I have not seen it yet. Only thing I hear is gold plated stories about the potential of agents running fully automated workflows without people touching a single lever.
In the meantime I am using AI almost the entire day. I have to discuss these topics with managers that only use chatgpt and watch youtube videos from people disguised to promote their own crap AI products. All I can say is that AI is not good enough to replace entire teams. It can do some cool stuff. But automate entire workflows. Nah. It's just not gonna work.
That's when demand is higher than capacity. Now imagine places like Gigalab and Chinese labs are online and able to produce significant percentage of chips. That could cause real surge in prices.
What cant you do what you can do with Linux? Nowadays my main apps are terminal apps mostly running Claude. Honestly don't really care whether it's macOS or Linux or maybe even windows. I do care about local speed. Occasionally try out local models.
Gdp grew much faster in the US than in the EU. I believe the EU is the worst performer of the planet. No joke. And not surprising with the self destructive actions.
Today I found out that half my traffic on my apps are coming from bots. I am considering leaving the online world. Its becoming a hostile unpleasant place. This article report only fuels my devotion.
Whole watermark thing is just bullshit. What if I add a watermark text and another AI as well. How many watermarks and who is the real creator. It just doesn't make sense. I ll eat my shoes if this concept is still a thing in 6 months
Even without getting better trained models and only speed increase, the output would be dramatically better. An LLM or non llms that is a billion times faster than now would be so insanely strong in many areas.
I believe soda drinks are a big contributor to various cancers. Stop drinking it. It only gives advantages. There is zero absolutely zero positive thing about these extreme sugar drinks.
