hihicoderhion Incident March 30th, 2026 – Accidental CDN Caching

During this whole incident, Railway have made a wide range of misleading and straight out false claims to cover themselves, so them saying it wasn't AI is pretty much meaningless

hihicoderhion Claude's GitHub: two issues closed by AI as "duplicates" – of each other..!

I recently installed Claude Code and found that the VSCode terminal was giving me errors on every start.

I quickly found a GitHub issue #4751 (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/4751) opened a month ago, addressing the issue.

A Claude Code actions bot quickly closed this, saying it was a duplicate of #5086 (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/5086).

Meanwhile in #5086, a Claude Code actions bot closes the issue, saying it is a duplicate of previously mentioned #4751.

Both issues remain closed and unaddressed. My terminal continues giving me errors on every start.
