How accurate is the information that non-expert can fetch?

If low-funded Italian universities can do it, I wonder what's stopping the best universities like Yale with enormous quantity of money to do the same.
On the other hand, some jobs (e.g: lawyer reviewing some documents together?) require some tech that it's not there since there was not a necessity. I wonder if some startups targeting specific niches like that will rise.
Getting familiar with OpenMP - MPI (are those used in real life?)
Lot of EU countries / USA are already late with respect to our timeline, aka they may have it worst if they don't act fast.
You can see how some places like US are not treating this like a threat. We Italians have a high number of cases because of the number of tests, same thing for South Korea for example.
A simple Google search doesn't seem to give any good results and ITF's site is not the most user friendly for searching.
Also, classcentral.com has an amazing list of reviews that are really useful in seeing the difficulty of MOOCs.
