Love the "smallest scalable unit" principle the judge used. Ruled that the troll could charge 9.56 cents per chip, down from the thousands of dollars they were trying to charge small businesses. Need more of this!

Great point. We've toyed with the idea of a more generic-but-descriptive tag line. We assumed that most people would already have a basic idea of what Cinch is when they landed on the site (HN visitors obviously won't), but perhaps that's not a safe assumption to make?

Wow, actually pretty nerve racking submitting here. But, there it is. We applied and hope Cinch is in the next batch at YC.
