In case of tobacco smoke, Wikipedia says yes:

"The particles in tobacco smoke are liquid aerosol droplets (~ 20% water), ..."

Have a look at the free Phoenix LiveView course by Pragmatic Studio: https://pragmaticstudio.com/phoenix-liveview (I'm not affiliated with them).

The first six of eventually 15 lessons are already available and they really helped me grasp the basics. I've already implemented a few small tools using LiveView - it's a real breath of fresh air!

gstipi··on Ask HN: What are some great posts or articles about history of computing?
I highly recommend "The Dream Machine" by Mitchell Waldrop (https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/722412.The_Dream_Mach...), without a doubt the best non-fiction book I've ever read and a fascinating insight into the history of computing and most of all the visionary people involved in this endeavor.

Please take a closer look at the first plugin listed for VS Code, haskell-ide-engine, https://github.com/haskell/haskell-ide-engine

It is under active development and is the closest you can get to a "unified coherent Haskell plugin" - it comes with all the features you would get from installing the 7 plugins individually.

gstipi··on What I Wish I Knew When Learning Haskell
The VS Code plugin listed (haskell-ide-engine, https://github.com/haskell/haskell-ide-engine - to be more precise, it's a language server supporting many editors) is probably the one which sees the most development at the moment and comes with many of the other plugins listed or equivalent functionality (syntax highlighting, tab completion, linting via hlint, code formatting, refactoring) included. It certainly is the tool I would recommend to VS Code users.

gstipi··on Wuhan seafood market may not be source of novel virus spreading globally
To my layman's ears, some of the conclusions in the cited Lancet article sound chilling, e.g. "...given the substantial volume of case importation from Wuhan, local epidemics are probably already growing exponentially in multiple major Chinese cities. Given that Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen together accounted for more than 50% of all outbound international air travel in mainland China, other countries would likely be at risk of experiencing 2019-nCoV epidemics during the first half of 2020."

Any comments on the soundness of the methodology used?
