When they talk about "space" they are, right now, talking about the moon. Which has some gravity. They are putting the data centers on the moon. And the satellites are lunar satellites not earth-orbit satellites. Lonestar physical data center payload landed on the moon in Feb 2025 and Sidus space developing the lunar satellites.

Strange that they consider the claw marks on the walls to be what created the tunnels. At first glance looks like a lava tube or standard cave opening that was expanded by the animals -- perhaps trapped within and "farmed" by humans or Neanderthals?

There may be an argument that the sale price has been negotiated. Although I don't believe it has, since Jump countered again after the fact with $200k.

However the rest of the terms have not been negotiated. Timeline and transfer details have not been discussed.

For timeline I suggest: When the moon is in the Seventh House And Jupiter aligns with Mars

As for the "transfer ceremony", I leave that to your imagination

How does that differ from what it is advertised as, or from what you expected?
