(10) I have been trying to get more details from Squarespace. They are still not telling me what URL was reported for abuse which makes me think it was a false report. They have confirmed, however, that if your account is suspended you will not be notified and will only see a message if attempting to log into your Squarespace account.
(9) Monday, 01:45 PM UTC - It has been resolved. More than 36 hours later. We have lost significant bussiness and reputation. Squarespace said someone had reported a URL on our website for impersonating another entity. I still don't know what the URL was or why there was no warning or cummunication, before or after. Or why it took them more than 36 hours resolve this issue.
(8) Monday, 09:30 AM UTC - Still no response. Other people on Twitter say they are having trouble with their domains after the migration. Squarespace live chat is meant to be online according to their help page but once you get through all the roadblocks, it says that their chat is in fact not available. Connected with a few more of their employees on LinkedIn but so far no one has helped.
(7) Sunday, 07:30 PM UTC - It has been 24 hours now, still no response from Squarespace. Been trying to connect with Squarespace employees via Linkedin. My co-founder connected with a board member of theirs but no response after.
