You refused to accept even the premise of any thing I've said. I believe I have matched your respect, but hopefully with more zing.
elevated methemoglobin in human blood causes brown blood causes blue skin
Regardless, when I said "blank feed" I meant a scenareo where you're away and you don't know why the feed is blank. It's not the same as a non-existent camera: it's telling you there's a mysterious problem. Can you ignore the chance that it's an extremely urgent problem?
I mean, are you flying home if a misdelivered dog gets struck by lightning on your lawn?
And how urgent is a blank feed? If not "drop everything" (even though it's probably nothing) then what's the point?
I want to say something like "who learns advanced calculator functions solo but not the taught subject?" but of course shortcuts-by-rote spread like lice. I suppose that's the thrust of the problem with AI in schools
What if you're away and the feed dies?
I was thinking of exams rather than day to day learning of basics, seeing tests as teaching rather than assessing. Point being you can't cheat at learning.
The calculator can't fake that you understand e.g. how to differentiate. The working is the bulk of available exam marks but the calculator only gives answers.
Is it unambiguous cheating if it doesn't help?
Cash handling isn't really the problem with this suggestion
Sure if they work 13 hour days for 7 days a week for 52 weeks a year at >$15/hr. And have no expenses. And you ignore the precarity and the physical danger. Then yeah it's equivalent to a young bank manager.
It wasn't coercion that got me to be less lazy, it was the time when I put clearly labelled sugar on my food instead of salt.
Your first sentence is plain wrong and your second only begs the question. It's as if you're just trying to distract from the content of my comment with sheer semantic disingenuity. But maybe you missed my point so:
every check shows distrust
Every restriction is a demonstration of a lack of trust.
How's that?
