However roaming charges within the European Union are currently regulated to a maximum of €0.20 ($0.23) per MB. So a 120MB plan would be €24 ($27.32). That being said, if it isn't delayed by a future proposal, all roaming charges within the EU will be abolished on December 15th, 2015. True international roaming will still be ridiculously expensive, no doubt.
EDIT: My numbers don't include VAT (which is 20% in the UK) - so it's actually currently more expensive in the EU than in the example given in the post.
By switching to EME, you're switching out the Flash & Silverlight platforms for a set of closed binary blobs which take an encrypted stream from the browser and produce unencrypted video/audio for the browser to display instead of executing arbitrary code. Now, I'll admit I'm not terribly well versed on the issue, but to me that seems to increase user security, promotes the use of other open web standards over Flash/Silverlight and keeps the media companies happy. The only people losing out in this situation are those that find DRM conceptually abhorrent.
Creating some form of standard around the use of DRM is the lesser of two evils when compared to the use of a multitude of proprietary decoders.
The cost per consumer for "last mile" connections can be an order of magnitude more than those used in the core network because of the economies of scale at play. [1]
Most of the UK is currently being set up with FTTC, representing a dramatic increase in the country's average broadband speed over the past few years. [2] [1] http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2010/03/fiber-its-not-all... [2] http://media.ofcom.org.uk/2013/03/14/average-uk-broadband-sp...

Tab-scoll, to me, makes a lot of sense as it prevents any confusion over the content of the tabs, especially when those tabs lack favicons: in Chrome, you simply get a blank page icon when the scroll bar overflows.
The only downside to Australis for me so far has been the removal of the "thin" address bars/small icon sets, there is no longer an option within Firefox to enable them, as far as I know.
Also, For anyone actually wanting to give this a go in game without having to download the world file, there's also a public server running it on 5.9.102.172 with the tppos command enabled.
