Your team tells me that upvotes/downvotes are noisy, but once you have downvotes it is unsubstantive and the account is rate limited

Your team also never explains how you mods interpret a guideline or substantiation, just unilaterally say it violates and pray for classical conditioning as if you want community standards to be decided by the community
If you are judging this primarily by flags and downvotes, you arent noticing that a lot of the collective conscious is just incorrect. It isnt as open to ideas as you might think
Overruling the Supreme Court requires a constitutional amendment and this won't happen, and the court rarely does something untenable or an impossible outcome for a functioning society as it wants compliance. It tries to match a partial collective conscious understanding of a topic.
When it does act as fill-in legislature, Congress/Legislatures are capable of simply changing the law it ruled on, such as repealing the legal framework supporting enforcement agency.
The courts can also overrule itself in a future court case.
(The Supreme Court exists by the constitution, the other federal courts are created by congress and have a path to the supreme court.)
Yes it would be better for the world if the US took a more collaborative approach with other regional powers that it disagrees with
Different kind of firewall
The graveyard of seemingly pointless portfolio pieces is a key component which nyc cant replicate
NYC is coming up, but the graveyard of quirky disruptors would still only be pursued in Silicon Valley. These non revenue generating companies acting as developer daycare need to be flipped from one portfolio to the next until you have a deal size big enough to matter, swap out the board and executive team and shop it to the public markets, ka-ching. New York VCs and other markets cant and wont chase developer daycare companies on a broad enough scale to grow these into deals.
Businesses like this make more for founders when they dont take outside capital. With obsessions on growth and liquidation preferences, a business like this likely wouldnt result in a windfall for a founder during an exit event.
Odd choice of words if so
So with them gone, expect it
Just going to have to accept that Germany is better at this game
VPN and host file?
In my apps I would just check the host file or ping a certain address to detect if a user was doing this
I would then serve a different kind of ad, shrug emoji
People are very collaborative and would more likely find you interesting
Its not mutually exclusive
Its just clever and now we have hypothesis about how it was done
I dont understand the key component of the article about the radiation from the sun giving it a boost. These scientists were able to make all these deductions about its shape and why from this, but what? How does radiation propel in any circumstance? Are we saying molecules change composition? Electrons moving to another state? What
I mean, was that ever an option? So I have zero chips in this game and it is plainly obvious to me from 8,000 miles away that the writing has been on the wall since 1997: Hong Kong has autonomy for 50 years.
The various protests are just to ensure that autonomy and mainland interference... until 2047.
These are agreements that have been upheld by the international community, and Hong Kong and mainland China (with evidence of growing propaganda to align HK interests with the CCP). But real interference from mainland China before this agreement ends would be an invasion of which there is no chance of winning or gaining defense from, and they have never done that and upheld the agreement.
I wish to be empathic, as I can see the strong Hong Kong sovereign identity and the people's investment in that, but there's no outcome where that lasts past 2047, barring a new agreement, and there are outcomes where both regions align closer to ideologies.
My understanding is that Hong Kong's autonomy lasts till 2047, but the Basic Law constitution has no expiration date. There is just no framework for the Basic Law to have any weight after being absorbed back into the CCP's umbrella and supreme (but arbitrary) rule of law.
Maybe within Hong Kong it feels different as if there is a chance, but that's an echo chamber. If you want to avoid being absorbed into mainland China then you have to leave like EVERY OTHER Cantonese speaking community has done in waves for the last 200 years.
There is just not a history to support Hong Kong being an exception, it is just tolerated, for now.
It also helps the victim as it is less embarrassing to say a state actor has done it
It still works, nobody is asking the correct questions, it requires disagreeing with your friend’s favorite politicians and intelligence agencies while they remain oblivious to the technological limitations in finding the culprit
So what we have here is a vibrant marketplace
It would be negligent not to continually manage and revise the plans as the economies change.
It would be stranger to know that you are legally obligated to annex and support a neighboring economic powerhouse with a totally parallel incompatible culture that was ignored or isolated for 50 years. Instead, Mainland China has become less and less aligned with Marx’s teachings, and Hong Kong has become more and more aligned with the rest of the bay area economic regions.

ATMs out of cash, gas stations out of gas, cottage industries providing disjointed subpar services to what already exists internationally
This is an ineffecient use of a nation’s potential productivity
- Workers are going to be around for 15 months or less and they have domain expertise on 1 stack already and I don't need to screen for how they would hypothetically function across all stacks
- Worker's process and resource finding skills are more indicative of the time they will spend on a task
- Worker's process includes collaborate use of version control and code reviews, if they pass the screening but can't really integrate on these things then thats what will get them booted from the team
It isn't always more expensive to have a not great developer. Look in your organization and see if what I experience is true for you, and you'll save everyone a lot of time.
A lot of elitism comes from going through a high level of discipline for no reward.
Just do what is fulfilling
and after
In this case, the last decade of monetary policy has been about pushing people to find passive savings unattractive. Their dreams of generational wealth from merely having a savings account totally wrecked because their life span cannot withstand the paultry compounding interest at a fraction of a percent.
Therefore creating incentives like you have imagined would further be at odds with the goal of keeping the money supply circulating, instead of parked in passive accounts.
The point is to keep everyone desperate for returns and using their entire mind share to find the best returns. Amongst the winners and failures you have individuals throwing their money across asset classes and the entire planet, which allows for easy accounting of the money supply and high velocity.
