Ignoring the ethics of hiring someone that almost certainly will cause psychological trauma to their colleagues, I just want to say that narcissism is hardly a "personality type".

Is society now a perfectly closed loop of "ideal" principles?
...though I guess you were just reinforcing your point: driving becomes so second nature that you forget the implementation details.
