US federal budget 2019 was $4.4T[1]. 0.5% = $220B. So with an influx of $220B NASA generates $64B worth of output. Seems like a sinkhole to me in terms of economic value.

Hi Peter, Thanks for doing these. If someone is on an H1B visa and is in their last year with less than 10 months remaining with no I-140, what options do they have if they aren't able to get their I-140 approved by the end of their H1.

Also very worrisome is the section titled "TEMPORARY BAN ON STOCK BUYBACKS" which prohibits stock buybacks for a paltry 120 days after the end of the Covid-19 emergency period. Clearly tokenism at it's best.
