Molson has claimed something and then got interviewed by an important podcast, and ended up testifying the congress about his claim. Now the party that he has been making the claim about is asking him to provide the evidence that he based his writing on.
I am not sure if I understand what part of it is unfair or bad? Could someone please explain what part of this is unfair as it looks like he, because of his claim, is a witness for the case.
