Have you been to a BART parking lot recently during a weekday morning? Even the stops furthest out on the PBP line have nearly completely full lots.
Apple takes these matters pretty seriously, it is their bottom line after all. I once had an app get rejected by App Review because it was possible to buy a subscription from the WebView that opened the Forgot Password page.
I have Webpass (now owned by Google Fiber) at home and Sonic.net at work.
When it's done I just use the metal filter in the french press to filter it, but this is all assuming you're OK with a tiny bit of sediment at the bottom of your cup.
Finally, yes. This has been an issue in sublime as long as I can remember and has confused me more than once.

Not sure if I could stomach paying $6.50/cup for my daily pourover that I make at home, but hey, this is out there.
For those who don't know, Brentwood was slated to be one of the first places in the Bay Area to get fiber, mostly because Brentwood required fiber conduit houses built for all developments after 2000, and because its city council was fairly generous to Sonic themselves. I don't strictly blame Sonic here... they took a risk doing this and likely were unable to drum up the support and enthusiasm in the community that would make a true city-wide rollout economically feasible. Seeing Sonic's experience in Brentwood makes me believe that the only way FTTH will be vastly deployed in the US anytime soon is through government subsidy.

I guess their proposal accounted for this by not supporting integers at all. But this could still be possible if you knew a service was coercing a string or similar into an Integer type (using proposed Integer.parseInt).I do think politics has some place on HN. Some of my favorite threads last year were after Brexit and the U.S. presidential election results, and I was disappointed to see that two of my recent submissions about the middle east were flagged as soon as they began to gain traction.
>The CBP Summons ordered Twitter to produce the records to a CBP office in Washington D.C. by 11:45 A.M. on March 13, 2017—the day before the CBP Summons was faxed to Twitter.
edit: Facebook and Messenger may be linked. oops. Well, if you wanted to post to all Facebook products stories and Whatsapp, you'd have to post four times; tons of redundancy remains.
