I completely agree.

Cost of digital storage has just completely plummeted, and keeping stuff organized, even remotely, really makes for enjoyable rediscovery.

Even the mediocre stuff is nice to go through if it's sorted.

Old photos, videos and other original content is the best stuff to save for when you're older.

I usually ask: Give an example of an svg file depicting a whatever.

It often gives svg files with incomplete paths, so i tweak the output to be a valid svg file.

I also enjoy the conversational description of the drawing.

Very often it's well described, ex. "this black circle is the head, and the grey element is the fog" and the drawing is crude like a child's drawing.

Landscapes often look better than animals, but animals are sometimes more entertaining.

If you don't mind, I'd prefer if you leave it up as a reminder that comments that might seem mean-spirited should be given the benefit of the doubt.

Apparently, if you connect two identical monitors to a mac via dp-mst, it will display the same image on both monitors.

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but it is at least giving an image.

Lots of websites already present a machine friendly site to google-bot and some other spiders.

I don't see why they can't offer the same to other bots and only serve the Javascript-heavy pages to humans.

I still type too hard on keyboards because I learned to type on a poorly maintained mechanical typewriter.

Macbooks (at least the intel ones) support MST with another OS like Linux.

The missing support is in MacOS.

I'm also on self-hosted Zimbra and looking to move away from it, but I just can't bring myself to go to google or microsoft for something like that.

I'll probably end up with Roundcube or something similar.
