Won't this eventually come up in legal discovery when someone sues one of these firms for copyright infringement? They'd have to share their data in the discovery process to show that they haven't infringed..
If they had that packaging design then for this to make financial sense the two way shipping (and loading, unloading, custom clearance etc) would have to be less than shipping the packaging, the setup cost per unit cost of putting the chip in a box
I'd go further and suggest you take your time and resources to learn about your emotional state and regulate your emotions so you can help others do the same. Find what you want to be a student of from that calm, content emotional state and with less attachment on how to live your life you will likely find more clarity.
This PE firm led acquisition of Zendesk for $10bil in 2022 and McAfee for $14bil in 2021
They've spent over $30billion dollars on just these 3 acquisitions in 3 years. Many of which would be part financed.

Hudson Pacific bought the property in 2010 for $93.0 million [1].
The Canadian pension fund bought a 45% stake for $219 million, and Hudson Pacific kept the remaining 55% [2]. So that equivalent $486 million ($474/sqft) valuation was a 5.2x return in 5 years...
Hudson buys that 45% stake back for $43.5 million in 2024, an equivalent valuation of ~$96million or a 1/5th of the prior valuation. The article states that it's because the pension fund "weren’t willing to put any more capital in”.
The SF city is paying $40/sqft for 157,000 sqft, yet 1,025,833sqft the building was valued at building [1] at the equivalent of $94/sqft in that transaction.
Meanwhile, the other building mentioned in that article sold for $72/sqft... so I guess the pension fund didn't do too bad...

He largely owns X which is a private entity. He owns ~20% of Tesla, and the rest is owned by other shareholders. As a company officer he has a fiduciary duty to act in the interests of all Tesla shareholders, and any sales or deals to other entities he has in an interest in pose a conflict. That conflict can often be mitigated by oversight or deferral of decision making to parties that don't hold the conflict such as other board members or corporate officers.
