- close to the CPU
- architecture independent
These 3 aspects are insanely hard to combine effectively.
Also is Forth 'close to the CPU'? It definitely is low-level.

Both SLIM and HAML resemble a DOM tree, it looks somewhat similar to what you would see in the browser inspector.
In this case that would be accomplished by supporting the following instead:
@hmlt HomePage() {
%SiteLayout
%p This is the home page for Hamlet.
}
Which is much cleaner IMO.- Javascript / Typescript
- Lua (this)
- Go ( https://templ.guide )
- Ruby ( https://github.com/camertron/rux )
Any others?
Modula-2, p: POINTER TO INTEGER
Nim, p: ref int
Odin: p: ^int
Go: p: *int
When you have made that choice is it still possible to use 'browse the web' or 'talk to a PDF' like functionality? If so, what would be the best way to do it?
I'm not joking, it's genuinely user-friendly, and I certainly prefer it over GPG.
Interestingly, its simplicity makes everything about GPG suddenly make more sense.
