emirp··on Dutch antennas unfolded behind the moon
Why would you put antennas behind the moon?

I read the article: these antennas are radio telescopes (or perhaps just do the same job). So they're using the moon to block interfering radio signals from Earth.

What you're describing is known as a smart grid in the industry (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_grid).

I can't speak for other countries but Australia has quite a few initiatives for progressing toward a smart grid but it simply takes time.

Here is some info:

"The world's biggest lithium-ion battery — built by tech billionaire Elon Musk's company Tesla last year — has survived its first summer in South Australia's mid-north."

"And according to a new report by the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), it's outperforming coal and gas generators on some key measures."

"AEMO says the Hornsdale Power Reserve is capable of charging at a rate of 80 megawatts and discharging at 100 megawatts."

"It has a storage capacity of 129 megawatt hours."

"That means it could operate for about 75 minutes at full capacity."

Great use of AVX-512 VBMI!

Note that not many Intel processors support the two specific CPU instructions used (vpermb and vpmultishiftqb).

Cannon Lake Core i3 (not many of these around due to delays with intel's 10nm fabrication)

Also, you can download the book information in a CSV format.
emirp··on Emirp Primes
I can think of a couple of things off the top of my head:

- You can reject numbers that start with 2,4,5,6 or 8 since their reverse won't be prime.

- If you're searching through a range of numbers for emirps avoid checking for the same pair twice. For example if you start at 1 and check for emirps, by the time you're checking 311 you've already checked 113 so you don't need to check 311.
