What does this even mean? There are hundreds of thousands of apps in the App Store that are 100% SwiftUI. They are real. And they are very much "production grade".
The only people still complaining about SwiftUI 7 years later are the UIKit holdouts that never took the time to properly learn how to use it.
Let's say a burger costs $10. Then UBI is implemented. But not just like $1K/month UBI... $1M/year UBI... for everyone! There's no way that the burger is still $10 now. Right?
Won't the economy just soak up all the extra UBI money? So a burger will cost $1000 in world where everyone gets $1M/year? And like $20 when everyone gets $1K/month? Isn't it all just a wash?

I was skeptical about their gatekeeping efforts at first, but came away with a better appreciation for the problem and their first pass at a solution.
A few years ago I made a package called "redframes" that tried to "solve" all of my frustrations with pandas, make data wrangling feel more like R, while retaining all the best bits of Python...
Alas, it never really took off. For those curious: https://github.com/maxhumber/redframes
