For your first question, I want to learn how to do the things I need to do to fix the bugs and issues I run into.

For the second, I definitely expect to pay for this.

I've used that site before. It's great for nuts and bolts stuff, but not so good for asking "how should I proceed in this specific situation?" questions.

Also, I'd still be completely alone with all these problems. Knowing that X days from now I'll have someone to talk to about what I'm dealing with would be a tremendous boost.
