duggalji··on Scaling customer support destroys it – here's the proof
This is gold - you basically just outlined why I'm building SynthicAI. The economics you described ($200k+ per senior rep, constant turnover, the "Justice League" problem) are exactly what pushed me toward AI. Quick question: what would make you actually trust an AI to handle those gnarly escalations? We've got voice AI that responds in 60ms and switches channels mid-conversation, but I'm curious what someone with your experience would need to see. https://www.synthicai.com if you want to check it out. Would love your honest take.

I get this. Been there with my own SaaS [SynthicAI](https://www.synthicai.com/), an AI voice agent that answers instantly so you never lose a lead to missed calls.

Would love your founder eye feedback does this feel like a pain worth solving, or would you pass on it?

I fired my entire 12-person support team and replaced them with AI voice

What I'm trying now: Building voice AI that actually solves problems instead of creating tickets. Not because I love AI, but because human support is fundamentally broken at scale. Maybe AI can be the "me answering emails personally" experience for 10,000 customers instead of 10. Early access if you're dealing with the same nightmare: https://www.synthicai.com/ Anyone else notice their support got worse as they grew? How did you solve it without losing your soul?
