dominictarr··on Node.js stream behaviour illustrated.
something like gm(knox.getStream(...)).write(knox.putStream(...)) unfortunately gm doesn't expose it's streams nicely, so you have to pass them in.
dominictarr··on Idea: keep clientside js in localStorage
the problem with browser caching is that you cannot control when you want it to update, except with a timeout.
dominictarr··on Idea: keep clientside js in localStorage
Ah, I didn't know about that. It might not be worthwhile since that already exists.

Except to give more precise, granular, control over updates. for example, (for example, with a merkle tree)

oh, I'm totally up voting this.
dominictarr··on General Public Obviousness License

dominictarr··on [dead]
This is a terrible a tragedy to befall a member of the nodejs community. I have alway believed that the compassion of the internet community comes through when things like this happen. C'on guys, lets help a brother out!

dominictarr··on Computer Code an Increasingly Precious E.V. Commodity
a code for a moon shot is probably actually simpler than flying a jet or driving a car (at least in 1969)

your out of the atmosphere in a few ten seconds (if you havn't exploded yet) and then there is very little to interfere with you (vaccum, earth gravity, moon gravity)

however, cars and airplanes are constantly interacting with their complex, messy environment.

clearly, the 10,000,000 lines of code figure includes the operating system.
