Founder of @tensorlake. In the past I designed and worked on Hashicorp's cluster scheduler Nomad, the Titan cluster scheduler and Mesos at Netflix, and FBLearner at Facebook.

How does this compare to OpenMRS? Hospitals because they have to obey a lot of goverment regulations needs to customize a lot of things, records and reporting so we did a lot of work around the plugin architecture in OpenMRS, does this have similar extension mechanisms too?
Love Fenzo! We use it in our Titan Framework at Netflix, and it's API is super simple and scheduling logic can be extended by plugins and outcomes can be influenced by writing custom constraints and fitness functions. Happy to answer any questions!
Depends how things are replicated. In Dynamo style replication everything isn't replicated everywhere. Based on consistent hashing, and how vnodes etc are configured, a key lands itself in more than one nodes so that things are generally available. So scale-out in a dynamo-like system happens more gracefully.
Just today I was at a Microsoft Store and played with a Surface Pro 3 for the first time. I was quite impressed and almost bought it but when I looked up on the internet about running Ubuntu on it, there are few un-resolved issues. Such as the bluetooth doesn't work or wifi only works for the 2.4GHz networks. Overall I was impressed with the hardware, and would totally get one in the future when it's possible to run Ubuntu on it.
Now this is where Ruby is winning, so many different implementations, and that too successful ones! I love the community. Congratulations to the team. :-)

Check it out. A lot faster than FF and Safari. I am not counting IE here...IE is outdated with the launch of Chrome.
