There are far too many typos and grammar errors in that post for its writer to be playing around. I think someone is bitter about their poor grasp of grammar constructs.
Does a defendent have any recourse at all in such cases? If the government succeeds in shutting down a company without any finding of guilt, what's to stop them from continuing to use that strategy?
You're not a lousy cook, you're just not used to the process. All it is is following instructions with precise measurements, and then doing it over and over again with different instruction sets until you start to recognize patterns and you find yourself having to look at the instructions less and less. That's 99% of cooking.
