It must have been a while since you played tile based games. I had a similar experience a year ago when I made a simple tetris game and tested it non-stop for a day. Since then I can't achieve the same effect. But before that I haven't played such games in years. It really shows how persistent out memory is. One day and you're good for years.

27133559.5 years if you do 10 presses per second.

Long distance running is easy too, isn't it.

And the productivity goes down by the same factor.(2^53 btw )

I finally reached the 2048. :)

I think I understand now why candy crush is so popular.

There needs to be a save feature.

You must have pressed up or down. It doesn't check for invalid move. That is expected with the 2048 source limit.

That doesn't work, you get to 128 with some nice patterns and then the algorithm fills the screen. Maybe some clever play from then on would work, but the random pieces always mess with your strategy.

If you have a static solution, please show it.

Agree, I think it is easier if you do a slow approach to it. The original is more mashing and luck imo.

Intentional? It is till not trivial to win, but is (much) easier. I actually had more fun with this version.

Actually not that easy, but much more fun.

Assuming the water is clean of radioactive particles( like dust or metal fragments ).

deleteson Looking at C++14

There is no need for binary literals. Every low level programmer should know the first 16 hexadecimals in his sleep.

With that you can simply do char c = 0x5A. It is more readable since there are more distinguishing characters and is shorter. I actually made a mistake when I first scanned your numbers and had to look carefully. Imagine if the number was a 64bit integer.

Also <bitset>, if you intend to use c++ correctly.

How are they going to get the picture? And even if they do, they can phish one person.

No, but it is hard to tell when did he start. If at age four, that would be still possible with 22 pictures, assuming most pictures are small.

That is ~11 paintings per day, every single day. There is a girl, who at age 3, can solve a rubik's cube in a minute. I would say it is possible, if guided by parents, but at a cost of social and emotional development.

deleteson 2048 x 2 = 4096

I don't see it. The 2^n games are free of money and adds.

deleteson 2048 x 2 = 4096

I though I would see this sooner. This might be barely solvable, but the next power( after 4096 ) is almost impossible to reach and there should be some innovation in gameplay.

Wow just wow, so adds are silently infecting your device only to be produced at the right( read: worst ) moment.

The video is two minutes and a half long and they explain the gist of it in the first minute and 10 seconds.

That is short for a product presentation.

Page design made me dizzy.

But seriously, I really wouldn't mind if laptops were a centimeter or two thicker and the battery held far more than 2 hours on heavy usage. My backpack designed for laptops could easily carry two or three, so that is not a problem, and when the laptop is in use, the extra thickness doesn't really matter.

I just don't see why this craze for thinness.

If you had 5000° you could make a hot tub in the snow.

That is true. He could do it. But there is the problem of the Tauntan. If the saber did produce that temperature, they wouldn't need to rest inside of the the warm carcass, therefore, by the movie's logic, the saber doesn't produce much temperature.

I don't count that as canon. Plus he had metal hands so...

I read a long time ago in some kinda official source, that they have a cold fusion source in the handle.
