My recommendation to everyone is to avoid Cloud Vendor Lock-In from the start, and even if it's more initial work, to try to have as much as possible running on Kubernetes.
Don't be evil Google!
Would be nice if others would report them too, because there are kids on BlueSky and they don't need to see their uncles/aunts or neighbors sticking their butt into a camera.

I still have questions:
* How long do you plan to keep the live demo up?
* Are you planning to make the source code public?
* How many hours in total did you invest into this "hobby project" in the two months you mentioned in your write-up?
I wonder how demoralizing this must be on HR workers, having to post a job, screen CV's, trying to stay professional while knowing that the hiring manager actually doesn't care, having to constantly put people with hopes off, and ultimately let people feel they are not good enough just because some C-hole wants to bring in his buddy who's most likely not half as competent as the people who were rejected.
I think such a framework could work as a model to other democracies too.
But it's a combination of greed and managment iconpetence which leads many succesful open source products from quick wins (after the initial shock) into gradually losing customers to alternative technologies

That being said, I am pretty sure there will be other conversations supporting Musks claims
