It will take some years for people to change.
What's funny is weight loss is extremely easy (with keto) and people still fail at large doing it inefficiently (with carbs).

Source: try keto diet with only saturated fats (like I do) and its great for weight loss (animal fat, coconut oil).
For type 2 diabetes it's even better, like 70% IIRC med free.

The bigger the scale the easier it is to support high perf on HDDs.
Source: have to do keto diet and be strict to stop food addiction.
If you were just a bit interested in how keto really works and had a curiosity on advanced cases or followed pros on twitter you'd agree with me (losing weight is easy compared to fixing epilepsy/schizophrenia).
Example are people with mental & auto-immune issues.
Plants are subpar nutrition wise compared to red meat especially in keto.
The least harmful diet would be carnivore.

All your studies are people just talking about their diet, eating meat & stuff. And that "meat & stuff" never works on treating any diseases either.
Feel free to link anything from "everything I've ever read about high red meat consumption" and we'll see if it's true keto/carnivore/ketovore.
> At any rate, do be aware that human biology is quite diverse and diets that work for one may not work for others.
Only these type of diets may work for the diseases that I mentioned. Like it only works for some types of epilepsy.
Source: I do ketovore for 2.5+ years.
There are many levels to keto diet, and believe me, you can't do the epilepsy version even if you'd wanted, it takes time and hard effort, for children it's done inside a hospital.
So assuming you watch everything they eat, you can keep track of GCM, and try very slowly. Like going from 60-30-10 carb-protein-fat to 50-30-20 ratio, do they have better consistent blood sugar ?
There should be protocols to do this for T1D the safest way.
Watch the video.
But you have never felt the alternative. It's not just eating cake. You have to see the whole video that I linked to understand the differences (they might not all apply). Think a smoker who've never known what's it like without smoking.
I do keto diet long term but for other reasons, often the epilepsy version where it's more strict and higher fat.
