dblacc··on It’s painful to do a tech startup in London
I think they meant "next door" in the sense that, someone consider where to work would probably go to the big banks as opposed to the lower paid startup "next door".
dblacc··on In London 'Guardians' live in empty office buildings
you assume that every squatter does graffiti and tears holes in walls, this obviously is NOT the truth by any means.

I have the same 'issue' with a game I'm developing.

dblacc··on Why I Turned Down $5 Million in VC Funding
I started the article: He's a mad man. I ended the article: Hmm.. I never looked at it that way.

Refreshing read.

dblacc··on Read less HN
Thats true, but personally I don't see many being swayed by the argument.

Though perhaps the authors intention is simply to raise a couple points, rather than actually get folks to visit less.

dblacc··on Read less HN
Is it ironic this is posted on HN ?
dblacc··on Empty London
Very busy is probably the only way to describe them. I work not far from where some of these photos were taken where its frustratingly busy at times. You would never think this was possible.
dblacc··on Offer HN: Let Me Give You Ideas For Your Business
Ha ! An analogue version of Snapchat
