I've bought one, works fine, no problem at all
Do also blood test every 6 weeks of 25ohd to detect if your dose is sufficient. And don't forget to take 10 minutes of Sun while it's in its Zenith to get vitamin D dissolved in water.
For sure you're rude, arrogant and you don't have good manners.
No, it's not enough [1]. Long story short: to provide the needed amount vitamins and minerals you'd have to eat lot more calories than your body needs. So to achieve correct balance between calories and vitamins and minerals, you need to enrich food with supplements.
vitamin D3 20'000 UI + vitamin K2 MK7 200 μg
vitamin C 1g
Zinc 15 mg
My main goal is to keep in my blood vitamin D3 (25 OH) level more or less at 100 mg/ml.

OK, you're right, I agree here with you 100%.
Ask yourself: do you have a choice? Are you really able to buy all products for any meal - really, any meal - that they were not treated with pesticides?
Another interesting question: is it possible to buy anywhere (even on the Internet) non-GMO corn? You know, the original one, created by nature which were possible to have 200 years ago?
How come? What there is Monsanto for?
So, for example, if new generation fruit is 20% bigger, you're lacking that amount of nutrition in your diet.
And pesticides: if there were healthy for our bodies, we would eat them for our advantages, wouldn't we?
Besides there is problem with GMO and pesticides. Later on we all have to pay for that with our health.
Ideally would be to have own food from own farm where you decide and control how to treat vegetables.
I'm pretty sure that 99% clients would choose the one which is 25% cheaper. Especially if those products are used in (not only) fast food bars, canteens at schools etc.
It's slightly different (by your link [1]): Memento mori (Latin 'remember that you [have to] die')
By the way, what are the recommended levels of 25(OH)D in your countries?
Something is sexist when you create sex criteria. So the whole sport is sexist since you have distinguish between men and women categories in most of the disciplines.
