Interesting, would be curious what your main uses cases for the tool are? Where does it solve a need that other tools cannot serve currently? On another note: Crazy how fast we can set up repos like this using AI these days

Love it! Which local model do you use to transcribe the screenshots? I once built a similiar tool and found it a hard trade-off in terms of quality so ended up using Antrophic API...

Haha I caught myself as well saying delve pretty often. I think he is definitely right though how tech can now influence people at scale and there are many risks associated with it. At the same time regulating it too much would also be wrong, so it is a bit of a dilemma...

This reminds me also of the Andrew Huberman <-> Jordan Peterson discussion where doing sth you do not like actually physically lets a specific region in your brain grow and if you do not do it, it shrinks (sorry for the simplification - not a neuro scientist haha)

I also think it is actually most challenging to change peoples behavior and neither YT gurus nor static AI models can (maybe an agent with appropriate tools could)

What also still puzzles me about habits is the fact that once I have a routine (like going to the gym at 6am) it is super easy. But once I lost it I struggle a lot to get it back.
