I've a MSc in Computer Engineering and I think the most important stuff I learnt are "Design Patterns" and in general any Principle that guides you to write code that is: flexible, clean, maintainable, efficient and reusable. Any programmer can write code, but how many can meet the requirements mentioned?

I agree about the last part. It seems a like a library from several years ago. I couldn't stop the willing to send some PRs to improve it and make it modern.

Yeah, as a developer I still use userscripts and also create them sometimes. Just some days ago I updated my Wikipedia Flag Icons e I recently created a super simple one to sort Linkedin feed chronologically by default. Both are open source and available as extensions too:
