Thats a really interesting product. In my past job I used a lot of CAN analysis tools and most of them were windows only. We ran win VMs on our dev laptops to do real time debugging. Germans really dominate in this space

Thanks mate.

I use chi with 'oapi-codegen' to build my endpoints based off my hand rolled openapi spec files.

Having dabbled in grpc I wasnt aware of grpc gateway. Do you have an example of your setup? If not, no sweat I can figure it out in time.

Just really intrigued because I love using generators to save time and for documenting. Sqlc being another favourite of mine.

I like to go hunting. It requires preparation both physical and mental. Its also very relaxing to walk around in nature but in a purposeful manner. You see so much of nature in a more raw form instead of the typical trail hike.

Taking an animal and then eating its meat is both an emotional and spiritual event. It made me very interested in cooking abd the food chain. With the right folks it can be a very bonding experience - humping out many extra kilo's on your back through tough terrain is an experience. Definitely type 2 fun on those days.

No I dont think so. The For You and Following tabs work well for me. I didnt get bent out of shape over Elon though

I don't have HN open all day so I love this newsletter. I'm also in Australia so sometimes I miss posts as they slide away during US work hours. Love your work

This is really cool. I can see this being a very useful tool, especially for helping out my folks and tech illiterate family.

I got used to it to the point where I don't notice unless I'm in silence. If I am exposed to loud noise for a sustained period such as a bar, concert or otherwise it will be much more pronounced the following day. Sleeping without a fan or ambient noise is a non-starter which makes hotel stays which has quiet aircon or fans a challenge. Hope you find what works for you.

I haven't heard anyone talk about DTI's in years. We used to call them "squirters". Takes me back to when I worked in the shop as a kid.

Made my day

As someone who wears vivo's all day everyday these fill that gap when I have to wear a dress shoe. They look amazing.

Hey man, this is great. Also awesome to see someone using asyncSSH. I've been using paramiko in an app and wanting to transition to it. I think this has given me all the justification I need. Plus its a cool service!
