what do you mean? thats not what that is
danielbilekq··on Show HN: Prokop – Open-source AI coding workspace with cross-project memory
Hi HN, I’m Daniel. Prokop is my attempt at something between Codex and Hermes Agent, only for coding.

I’m building it on my own. Direction of the project comes from things I need in my actual development work (including my day job), rather than trying to cover every possible AI use case and build an “everything AI app”.

I’m mainly focused on ergonomics of handling multiple projects, multiple sessions, and having continuity when working with agents. I’m also trying to reduce how often I need to open an IDE, which is why it covers common file and git operations.

It’s a PWA. I think PWAs are underrated, and I don’t see much point in maintaining separate desktop and mobile apps for this. It keeps development and updates simpler.

Curious whether it’s useful to others working the same way.

it does much less, not really an alternative to Obsidian

much worse than Typora. this is a very basic markdown editor for writing blog posts in "minimalist" space. and it's just free

didn't know about that, but when I looked around, most of them were paid and just didn't really scratch the itch. this really starte as a simple editor for writing blog posts

tbh I kinda dig the glass aesthetic. I understand it's not for anyone, that's why you can theme it

Yeah, it's an electron app. Is it causing a "not good" feeling on its own, or do you have another suggestion?

That's fair enough. I'll change that, so it doesn't seem misleading
danielbilekq··on Show HN: Jean2 – An Open-Source Agent You Assemble Like Lego
I built Jean2 because I want something that I can truly configure and not have to worry about “hidden stuff”. There are no baked-in prompts, no forced tools. Everything is LEGO-like; you can make your [anything] agent, instead of just coding an agent. It runs as a persistent daemon. Desktop, browser (phone soon), all connect to the same server. Start a task on one device, pick it up on another.
