interesting if accurate....

der Führer wants to rule everything

anytime gov'ts are "legally" given special powers under the purpose of eliminating some evil and aspects of said implementation are allowed to be secret, this power WILL be abused. Look at FISA courts for an example (Patriot Act) in the US. No secrets, FIOA requests should allow all to be viewed unredacted etc....

1000'+ rotor dia

yummy can't wait for a bug burger

I am so so surprised

if one believes that this agency/law/act will not lower the "$10M" in the future I have some lake front property in FL to sell you.... Agencies are ALWAYS about expanding/taking more/pushing limits

great job CN!!!!!!!

safe and effective I need my 15th booster BTW if one does want to wear a face diaper please be sure to shave. Proper process in utilizing masks, rule number one that was NEVER articulated to the people. Any breathing filtration that depends on a seal with the face requires no stubble, facial hair etc.... and sure wear 2 of them.....

The problems with recycling plastic are well established. Multi generational heats even under the most beneficial boundary conditions will increase the moduli (brittle), slightly increase tensile, but in general the stress strain curve becomes less predictable with each heat (generation). Under practicable circumstances, waste plastic is full of many variations of additives (colorant, UV inhibitors, glass fiber etc...). All of the real-world circumstances make recycling on a large scale less feasible. There is a SPAC called "purecycle Technologies, PCT" if one is interested in following some of the latest research. Plastics are wonderful to design and mfg in the consumer product world but IMHO, the true cost of this material is not put on the front end and it should be due to the recycling problems

FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise—but not to endorse, denounce, or advise. The Doctors have plausibly alleged that FDA’s Posts fell on the wrong side of the line between telling about and telling to. As such, the Doctors can use the APA to assert their ultra vires claims against the Agencies and the Officials. Even tweet-sized doses of personalized medical advice are beyond FDA’s statutory authority. We REVERSE the district court’s judgment of dismissal, and we REMAND for further proceedings.

and what happens when there is a Li battery fire?

yup that x sign is soooo much more disturbing as compared to those pooping in the streets of SF :)))))))

more great leadership from the Biden team.... Maybe a few on the team snorted too much powder in the White House? A reasonably sized volcano will serve the same purpose...

Hey HN nice job on shadow banning of this article

https://phmpt.org/pfizers-documents/ these are the documents FDA/Pfizer/CDC wanted to "hold" onto for 75 years until under FIOA lawsuit they were ordered to release in the past year or so

please take the 5th booster

Santos should resign that said if we were to list the lies from politicians the list would be too long. Many current policitians in office have lied about the same things listed in the preamble. I'm not defending Santos nor am I making an equivocation. They all should be fired in my opinion. I hired a guy that claimed to have a BSEE, requested he mail me a sealed transcript from college, he did not have the degree, he had failed out.... when confronted with this information he had no response. So weird.

The CDC and FDA announced on Friday that their surveillance system flagged a possible link between the new Pfizer-BioNTech bivalent Covid-19 vaccine and strokes in people aged 65 and over, but said they were continuing to recommend the shots.
