Here's the Courtlistener docket: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/72373888/nintendo-of-am...
Reminds me of the (bad) plot element from Star Trek: Picard where Picard's son became "Vox" and was able to control people on behalf of the Borg.
Price is precisely linear, not polynomial! $5/GiB (price= $40 + $5 * xGiB)
The graph isn't spaced correctly on the x axis, which causes confusion.
From Red Hat's statement: > Red Hat rates these issues with a severity impact of Important. While all versions of RHEL are affected, it is important to note that affected packages are not vulnerable in their default configuration.
Basically, Red Hat machines aren't vulnerable unless "the cups-browsed service has manually been enabled or started."

- We will never seek victory in a just case against us, even if we will probably win.
- We will never surrender/settle an unjust case against us, even if we will probably lose. "
And yet Elon Musk filed harassing lawsuits against his critics Media Matters for America and the Center for Countering Digital Hate.
Musk's SLAPP suits are contrary to his purported love of free speech. They are manifestly unjust.
I noticed Microsoft's developer documentation uses the word sideloading a lot: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/windows/deploy...
Bluesky accounts should be permitted to have both a bsky.social username and one with a custom domain. If I am a company and want to use @myname.com as my username, I would not want someone @myname.bsky.social to fall into the hands of anyone else. So it sort of necessitates signing up for 2 accounts, if only to reserve your name so nobody takes it.

Unlike mold-caused asthma and allergies, "Toxic mold illness" and CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) are not real conditions, as described in a recent Australian report:

"Toxic mold illness" is a popular scam among the grifters who market themselves as integrative/functional/naturopathic: https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-is-the-internet-so-obsesse...
The CDC warned against urine testing promoted by the "toxic mold" scammers: https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6406a7.htm
This decision will make me strongly consider returning it and getting an iPad instead. iPads leave Android tablets in the dust in terms of performance, although I do like the microsd card slot on Android.
Of course, it could take years for Apple to reluctantly implement the change.
The last lyme vaccine was safe, effective, and is still FDA approved.
It certainly didn't give anyone Lyme disease.

It says:
Review process
If you think this is an error, or if you've modified the file to comply with Google Drive's Terms of Service, you can request a review.
1. Your file will be reviewed
This file will remain restricted during the review.
2. A decision will be made
If the file is found to be safe, all restrictions will be removed and you’ll be able to use and share it with others. If it's found to be unsafe, the restrictions will remain in place.
There is a yellow banner "This file looks suspicious. It might be used to steal your personal information" and an option to "Request a review".
It also says "This file can still be viewed, edited, and shared, but users will see a warning that alerts them that the content may be harmful. These restrictions were put in place because this content violates Google Drive's Phishing policy."
There is no indication of why the file was flagged.
Despite my concerns about a human looking at my personal file, I bit the bullet and clicked review several times but the banner remains after several months. Google support hasn't been helpful even though I'm a paid user.
I have now received 5 emails from "Google Drive Safety" notifying me of this alleged violation.
If the individuals who have been peddling ivermectin and vitamin cocktails had instead encouraged enrollment in randomized controlled trials overseen by Institutional Review Boards to protect the rights and safety of human subjects, we would have quickly generated high quality data to determine safety and efficacy of ivermectin for COVID.
The haphazard global distribution of ivermectin meant that no meaningful data could be generated to determine if it worked.

The rest of your comments are distracting "whataboutisms" but to clarify:
• Airplanes may have good air circulation while the plane is flying but prior to take off and in airports, air circulation isn't so good.
• People were buying horse dewormer based on false claims about ivermectin. This is fact.
• As we learned more about the virus (e.g. the frequency of spread by asymptomatic individuals) and as the virus mutated (e.g. to be more infectious and not as "on target" for the vaccines), recommendations have changed.

It looks like ImpossibleHQ's trademarks had nothing to do with food until 2016 when they filed a trademark in the nutrition space
Impossible Foods was started before 2016, so it would seem to have priority in the food space.
They are funded by their antiscience movement: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4489928/
The Frontiers paper is a single case report that admits that the woman's Lyme ELISA (and hence total antibodies to Lyme) was negative when she started experiencing dementia. Without antibodies against Lyme, it would be a mistake to claim that she had "chronic Lyme" (which isn't real regardless.) The paper is consistent with someone who had lyme disease (a not-uncommon illness) and then years later was diagnosed with dementia, but you can't say Lyme caused the dementia.
There is a scientific consensus against chronic Lyme based on decades of research.
It's disturbing that chronic Lyme has become a dangerous social phenomenon based on conspiracy theories, fake diagnoses, and fake treatments.

Newby is the producer of a propaganda documentary for "chronic Lyme" called Under Our Skin, and also spreads conspiracy theories about bioweapons:

https://theconversation.com/no-lyme-disease-is-not-an-escape...
The article itself is about in vitro experiments funded by other chronic lyme conspiracy theorists. It has nothing to do with human disease.
