Interestingly I gave the same prompt to Sol 6.1 Medium.

“Generate an SVG of a pelican riding a bicycle. Be creative”

And it replied:

“I’ll draw a seaside pelican on a vintage bicycle, with a fish-filled basket and a scarf catching the breeze.”

So it came up with exactly the same fish basket and seaside idea. No lighthouse though. Maybe these ideas are just cliche though.
