Whoever it was paid for my order. Kind of a record-scratch moment, just completely changed my mood and was a good reminder to not be negative for no reason.
This was funny to me, because he lives like 8 minutes away.
I think that one died in committee: https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/5106
There’s another from earlier this year (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/1908...) that is currently being pushed by a Republican member from Florida. It was blocked by the Speaker. There’s currently a discharge petition: https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-resolutio...
Over the summer, Josh Hawley of all people introduced a similar bill in the Senate.
The EUSC will be more restricted, similar to GovCloud. Only EU citizens can access/operate it.
Specific example: an alarm fires for your service. If it’s in China, anyone on the team can go look at the logs. If it’s in GovCloud, only teammates who are American can look at the logs. In the EUSC, only Europeans can.

Unfortunately, I think people who care about this enough to leave are a rounding error. It’s why the entire consumer product market looks the way it does.
Right, that’s the point. A user of the CRI should not have to care about this implementation detail.
> containerd is not the only CRI runtime out there.
Any CRI that needs a pause executable should come with one.
