The goal is for Vite to transition to tooling built on Oxc. They’ve been experimenting with Rolldown for a while now (also by voidzero and uses oxc) - https://vite.dev/guide/rolldown

Yeah, I was actually looking at the idea of using it to make a little analytics site for my hobby projects last week :). The reason I mentioned it separately though was that I would assume Plausible has written a lot of code to deal with things that using Tinybird means you don't have to worry about.

It's not white labelled Plausible. The creators of it are on Twitter if you are interested in following their journey (i.e. twitter/TheBuilderJR). It's built on Tinybird, Supabase, and Next.js, while Plausible is built in Elixir using plain Postgres and Clickhouse, and Phoenix.

A lot of relatively new analytics services tend to have similar looking frontends these days I've noticed though.

There's a very intriguing podcast episode by Stuff You Should Know about the Edmund Fitzgerald. I would definitely recommend giving it a listen to anyone who is interested in the story of the wreckage.

They also touched on how Lightfoot modified the lyrics in his song to reflect new findings, which was a very kind thing of him to do, especially when you consider that many families lost loved ones in the tragic accident.

A couple of days ago, I was actually thinking about the impact long-running analytical queries would have on the costs when using edge functions that are billed by GB-s, so this is a rather interesting solution.

Just a small note that on the landing page, the snippet under Define has the file path `defer/helloWorld`, while the snippet in Enqueue is importing `importContacts` from `defer/importContacts`. As I was reading it, I thought it seemed as if the Enqueue snippet was supposed to be importing from the snippet written under Define. Just thought I'd mention it in case that's what it's supposed to show.
