Facebook has no authority in this, except to remove them from their contents. Facebook has instead a board of greedy people who want to maximize their income, regardless.
It doesn't sound right, and honestly i don't need to tell you that they can change the contents there whenever they want, or start a mail server sending emails on behalf of your subdomain(?)
I mean i can see countless reasons not to.
Not to mention competitors who want to de-rank your domain.
The human nature is bad, "homo hominis lupus" said a guy....
- a couple meta search engines (librex and searxng)
- a couple of invidious instances
- an xmpp server for chatting with friends
- an openvpn instances
- tor as dns resolver
- pihole as dns blocker (even locally on my laptop)
- jitsi for video meetings
- some webservers (i don't do AWS or similar stuff)
- translation service
- pastebin
- nitter
- gothub
-nextcloud for pictures, address book from my phone (GrapheneOs)
from a self hosted person this sounds hilarious, what do you think? Why don't you self host your email for few bucks per month?
I also make available the Icecat source tarball (a beast of over 1.2gb) for those who want to check it out and go from there.
The Firefox extension store you see linked in that site, is from GNU and is not a simple mirror but it is a curated selection of extensions for Foxy based browsers.
I'm really glad to know that this is useful, I've been working hard both on the update of Icecat from 102 to 115 (july to september providing preliminary patches to gnu) and also on the builds (still on it).
Thanks for taking a look and for your interest.

You know it seems to me that people spend a lot of time trying to solve a non existing problem, in this endless entropy.
Just let go, already.
