"It's so cool is just works"?! OP sounds shocked that you don't need 50MB+ of scripts and CSS to serve a webpage.
Trusting a service provider is really hard in most cases, but you make it easy to trust rsync with posts like this and backing it up with reliable services.
Maybe I'll move my 3am hobby up a notch and start posting or contributing to forgottenairfields.
Me (normal looking guy) and the GF (average-trending-to-pretty) at a fast food restaurant. I go up to the counter and ask for a couple extra sauce packets, only to be told they are 0.25 each.
GF goes up 1 minute later, asks for two sauce packets and is given a hand full, for free.
Based on my limited exposure to Dutch, this sounds about right; drunken German.
Edit: "Als vliegen achter vliegen vliegen, vliegen vliegen vliegensvlug."
On numerous occasions the aurora were bright enough that you could easily see to walk safely at night without a flashlight. Yes, it was a dim green glow on the ground but looking up directly at them, they were as bright as a full moon.
I tried to introduce the ICS concepts formally and up-front, but met a lot of pushback; "we don't need that", "we're not dealing with fires" or "it's too complicated".
By using ICS principles without calling them such, people usually see the value. I even got a sizable promotion and raise due to my "clear and concise handling of several serious incidents and putting procedures in place to handle similar in the future". All I did was direct people in to ICS functions and act as an IC.
I agree that ICS concepts should use used more widely and outside of just emergency services, but getting past the "stigma" of the title is the hard part.
However, from the jail he was able to secretly contact his followers to arrange to escape, meet his followers, and attack the king's palace at night. So the night before his scheduled execution, the general managed to escape from prison. He fled to a ziggurat several kilometers away, where his followers would meet him. However, the ziggurat was one of several in the area, and he wasn't sure if his cohorts would find the right ziggurat. By this time it was twilight, so he lit a small fire and sent smoke signals to indicate in which structure he was hiding.
However, the king's loyal soldiers saw the smoke coming from the ziggurat, and came to arrest him before he could meet his followers. He was executed later that day.
The moral of the story? WARNING: The searching general has determined that smoking ziggurats can be extremely hazardous to your stealth.
Ah, good times at UCLA Medical Centre and MLK.
