How very neat and appropriate for a programmer.

cfj··on Ask HN: I'm afraid I will always be a mediocre developer
Mediocre programmers (or members any other profession really) will never realize or admit their own mediocrity. The fact that you've done this, and are actively trying to improve, already puts you ahead of most. Don't have any specific advice for you though. Just thought you could use some encouragement.

I must admit my knowledge of content headers is lacking. Thanks for sharing your list.
cfj··on “Right click and save as” needs to go away
I'm almost never on a 50+ MBit/sec connection, which brings up another point. When on a slow, data-capped connection, such as the one I'm on right now, I want to know the size of the file I'm downloading. That lets me decide if it's actually worth spending my precious bandwidth on. If not, I cancel the download. When letting the browser display the file there's no (easy) way of finding out the file size.

Good idea, and one that more and more sites are implementing these days.
cfj··on URLs are for humans - a browser concept
Added some responsive CSS for mobile users. Thanks for reminding me.

Originally, my idea was to make this into a Chrome extension, but reading through the documentation it didn't seem possible to make text in the omnibox clickable. Very impressed with the Firefox addons though. Thanks for the links!

But working out lowers your resting heart rate. So you should work out as much as you can!
cfj··on I created this small app for you, if you like to write
The carriage return sound isn't preloaded. You misspelled the preload attribute as preloaf.
cfj··on Show HN: It’s not much, but it’s something. Six weeks of Codecademy lessons
JavaScript. But the code is really messy so don't look into it.

It's been great fun building something that I'm actually going to use though!
