You can take bike share and the bus everywhere, housing is expensive but less so than nyc!
I wrote a thing to get anyone interested in color science ramped up on some basics, enjoy!
The hardest part was matching hundreds of friend's various usernames across different services to the same person. It's a process that's difficult to automate, even with some helper scripts it took a couple days to manually curate the mapping.
The svgs for the grid are in pre-rendered static files made with node/jsdom, which was pretty fun to write.

I wrote this to address exactly this intuition about film.
But tl;dr, the experience of shooting film and digital have huge differences and the photos you get at the end are influenced by the process of taking them. They are not just pixels that exist in a vacuum.
"we do not proactively report or remove content on behalf of other users no matter who they are. This behavior is not acceptable and undermines the trust our users have in us. We should not and cannot be in the business of proactively monitoring and flagging content"
Also, the blog post says the account would have been restored as soon as Guy Adams responded to their email and acknowledged the TOS. Complaint retraction or not.

This comment seems to argue that this was intentional.
Also, I would axe the two examples of photoshop filter/color effects on page three. The article is full of great photos and then it ends with some kind of horrible filter effects.
This is really a problem since it wasn't made all that clear to me what I was authorizing in the first place
Public dropbox folders still operate on some security through obscurity. Previously you could access files but only if you had the link. Allowing these items to be indexed removes that security so it should be made extremely clear what's going on.
Also when it comes to deciding if I want to share my public folder it would be nice if you could list what's in my public folder for me. I had to go check.
