Eager is looking for a Frontend Developer who is interested in building open source tools which will run on thousands of websites.
The Eager App Store makes it possible for non-technical website owners to use many of the open-source and SaaS projects we developers use every day. We're looking for a passionate engineer to devote his or her focus to creating apps (written in JS/CSS), curating apps from the open-source community and existing SaaS businesses (Disqus, Google Analytics, etc.), improving the tooling and resources for developing apps, and improving the Eager App Store itself.
This is an opportunity to spend your time writing interesting code which runs in the browser. Most of what you build will be open source and will directly contribute to empowering small business owners all around the world. We're continually pushing the boundaries of what can be done in the browser, using new tools like Mutation Observers, Service Workers and whatever else we can harness to build amazing things.
This job is ideal for an engineer who is excited by the idea of starting and finishing a new project every week, or even every day. There is an uncountable number of apps left to be made; we need your help!

This solution is also strange because if you ever committed anything private it will be in the history. So to make this work you either have to rebase over some history, or lose all the history.

Additionally, it's possible teams with 100% female founders do better than ones with a mix of sexes among the founders. That would mean again that diversity is not good, but being female is.
Obviously though, this is an n of 300. I would guess that includes less than 100 companies with female founders, making it not exactly proven.
I would encourage you to think about starting a business around your tech, rather than worrying too much about legally defending it. Starting a successful company requires so many good decisions that it's much more defensible than most people think. If you were the first one to think of this idea, you'll also be the first to think of many of the ways it can be used to deliver value.
In terms of which CDN you should use, there are a few options. CloudFront has the most edge locations, Fastly and MaxCDN are more configurable. At Eager we use CloudFront for our app (https://eager.io), and Fastly (with a CloudFront fallback) for the static files we serve our users. One other note is that Fastly has some cheaper SSL options than CF, particularly if you need support for Windows XP clients.
